How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

After you submit a request, you speak with an independent provider in our network. That provider runs their own business, sets their own schedule and writes their own quote.

Reltar Concrete makes the introduction. The provider handles the job.

What the First Conversation Covers

Expect a short, practical exchange. The provider will ask about:

  • Size and shape of the driveway or patio
  • Current surface and what must be removed
  • Finish: broom, smooth or stamped
  • Slope, drainage and access for trucks
  • Your timing

Most providers then arrange a site visit before pricing. Availability varies, so Request a callback to check provider availability.

What to Ask a Provider

  • What base depth and thickness do you plan, and why?
  • How will water drain away from the house?
  • Where will control joints go?
  • What mix do you use for freeze-thaw conditions?
  • Who handles permits and utility marking?
  • What does the quote include and exclude?

A good answer is specific and plain. A weak answer is vague or rushed.

Red Flags

Walk away if a provider refuses a written quote, pushes a big deposit, skips the site visit or cannot explain the base. Pressure to decide on the spot is another sign to pause.

You Are in Control

You choose whether to hire, whom to hire and when. Compare at least two written quotes. Check licensing and insurance directly with the provider. Typical costs vary by job, so the written scope matters more than any single number.
