People who contact Reltar Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Reltar Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for a provider.
Email contact@reltar.property and include:
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward we will reply with our findings and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not settle the matter, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
